There are two major issues that have been raised by this footage. One severe anomaly is that the timecoding of the frames has a date of 9-12-01 at 17:37:19[-22] (5:37PM). The second is that the first frame which they titled "plane" is supposed to reveal Flight 77 just milliseconds before impact, and shows a squiggly steam trail on the right side of a parking lot entrance ticket box that measures approx 1.5' x 2'.
We're supposed to believe that a 155-foot long jetliner is hiding behind this box, while producing a lingering steam trail which, in the case of commercial aircraft, only occurs at high altitudes. Interestingly, this set of frames actually gives more weight to the belief that it couldn't have been a full-sized commercial 757, and leaves the impression [especially when played as an animation] that it was definitely some other type of smaller aircraft, if not an actual cruise missile. Although, if correct, the report that the aircraft hit a helicopter on the helipad would account for the presence of smoke.
One more observation is frame 2, titled "impact": This shows a near-white initial blast--typical of an incendiary or explosive device. Notice the explosion is blown backward and upward with the central point of ignition at the face of the wall. With the North and South Tower collisions we saw the aircraft first get "eaten-up" by the building which caused the fuel to ignite, only after being torn apart by the structure of the buildings and not at the point of first contact. |
Two other security cameras that were pointed at the Pentagon that day were at the Sheraton Hotel and a Citgo gas station, whose parking lot became a command post with a front row seat to the damage for federal officials. The FBI showed up at the hotel and gas station "within minutes" of thecrash and confiscated the security cam tapes, which have never been released to the public. |
